Terms of Service

Welcome to TopMaid.US, your trusted provider of residential and commercial cleaning services in Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Murrieta, Temecula, and surrounding Southern California areas. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Cleaning Services (Residential & Commercial)

TopMaid.US provides professional cleaning services, including:

  • House cleaning (standard & deep cleaning)
  • Move-in / move-out cleaning
  • Apartment and rental turnover cleaning
  • Office and commercial cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning

All services are performed based on the scope agreed at booking.

2. Service Area (Southern California)

We proudly serve:

  • Lake Elsinore
  • Menifee
  • Murrieta
  • Temecula
  • Surrounding Riverside County areas

Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates, not final prices.
  • Final pricing may increase if:
    • Property condition differs from description
    • Excessive dirt, pet hair, or hazardous conditions exist
  • Additional services requested onsite will be charged accordingly.

4. Payment Terms (California Compliance)

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payments: [Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, etc.]
  • Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month (or maximum allowed under California law).

For commercial clients:

  • Net payment terms (Net 7 / Net 15 / Net 30) must be agreed in writing
  • Late invoices may be subject to collections and legal action

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Minimum 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Same-day cancellations may incur a $75–$150 cancellation fee
  • If we cannot access the property, a lockout fee will apply

6. Access, Utilities & Conditions

Client agrees to:

  • Provide access to the property at scheduled time
  • Ensure running water and electricity are available
  • Secure pets or notify us in advance

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee (100% Guarantee Policy)

TopMaid.US offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours
  • We will return to re-clean the affected areas
  • Refunds are limited and issued at our discretion

8. Limitations of Liability (California Legal Protection)

To the maximum extent permitted under California law:

TopMaid.US is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Improperly installed items (loose fixtures, shelves, etc.)
  • Damage caused by faulty or aged materials

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the cleaning service.

9. Damages & Claims

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service
  • Must include photos and description
  • We reserve the right to repair, replace, or deny claims based on investigation

10. Commercial Service Terms

For business and office cleaning clients:

  • A written agreement may be required
  • Service frequency, scope, and pricing are contract-based
  • Early termination may require 30-day written notice
  • Missed payments may result in:
    • Service suspension
    • Late fees
    • Collections action

11. Independent Contractor Status

TopMaid.US operates as an independent service provider.
Nothing in this agreement creates employment, partnership, or joint venture.

12. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution (California)

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • Both parties waive the right to a jury trial
  • Claims must be brought individually (no class actions)

13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By using our services, you agree:

  • Not to initiate unjustified chargebacks
  • To contact TopMaid.US first to resolve any issues

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Collections action
  • Legal fees recovery

14. Privacy Policy (California Consumer Privacy Act – CCPA)

We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act.

We collect limited personal information for:

  • Booking services
  • Processing payments
  • Customer communication

We do not sell personal data.

California residents may request:

  • Access to their data
  • Deletion of personal information

15. Website Use (TopMaid.US)

Users agree not to:

  • Submit false booking information
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

16. Changes to Terms

TopMaid.US may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
